There is a Friend&#039;s Meeting House near my house that my boyfriend and I have been wanting  to go to. They hold open meditations on Saturdays as well.  The only time i have attempted meditation in a public place was guided meditation at a Yoga studio in the area. They can be helpful too if you have a studio that holds them in your area. They are usually cheap or free.]]></description>

I love this post and it&#039;s something I need to work on.

You commented on my vegan rice krispie bars and I am finally working on answering comments. For the strawberry marshmallows--they are sold already flavored with fruit by Sweet &#038; Sara. You could try adding a small amount of finely diced berries to the hot mixture, but I&#039;m not sure if that will add too much moisture or not. You could certainly add some finely diced dried berries.]]></description>
