1. Accept your current size and shape. That doesn’t mean abandoning goals and aspirations, but it does allow you to dress your best for now!
2. Take pride in your clothing and footwear. Being meticulous in wearing stain and scuff-free pieces demonstrates self-respect.
3. Make eating fresh fruits and vegetables your focus in your health plan. These high vibrational foods bring more vibrancy into your body, mind and soul.
4. Applying make-up needn’t be heavy or cumbersome, but a lip colour and mascara goes a long way to feeling polished and confident.
5. An attitude of gratitude goes a long way to self-fulfillment. Before rising, write down or mentally list 4 things you are grateful for.
6. Accessorise! Adding earrings, necklace and wrist jewellery elevates an outfit in minimal time, making you feel more polished.
7. Positive affirmations are powerfully charged words, spoken out loud, preferably while looking into a mirror, which can develop improved self-esteem!
8. Service to others. Whether it’s a smile, offering a genuine compliment or giving of your time, being of service to others offers purpose beyond oneself.
9. Carry yourself with shoulders back. Good posture makes for a beautifully poised figure with a stronger self-image.
10. Me time. Set aside 10 minutes morning and evening to allow for quiet, creative and contemplative time. Meditation rocks!
