It’s time once again for a Love Goodly review! I feel like I haven’t done one in a while, so I’m excited to dive right in. If you haven’t seen any of my previous reviews, Love Goodly is a subscription box that delivers healthy and natural beauty products right to your doorstep. Love Goodly only sends products that are eco-friendly, non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free, so you know everything you’re using is not only good for you but for the planet! Their boxes are also a great way to try new products without spending a ton of money. We’ve all splurged on some beauty item that promises the world and then when it doesn’t deliver, we’re left with an empty wallet and a product we’ll never finish. Get a Love Goodly box and you don’t have to worry about that anymore!
Ok, let’s get to the good stuff and see what’s in the April/May Love Goodly box!
Delta Organics- Nail & Cuticle Oil
This winter just. won’t. quit. The cold doesn’t seem to want to go away and when we do get a peek at spring-like weather, we’re greeted with snow flurries the next day. It’s not fun. The cold, dry air has really taken a toll on my skin, particularly my hands. I was excited to see nail & cuticle oil as part of this box because it’s an area I tend to neglect. I love that it is only a blend of natural and essential oils and the easy ball roller makes it simple to apply. I’ve used it pretty much every day since I got it and I definitely see an improvement in my skin and nail growth.
Uniful- Organic Mascara
One of my all-time favorite Love Goodly products was the 100% Pure mascara, so when I saw another mascara included in this box I wasn’t sure if it would live up to my new standards. What’s special about this mascara is that Uniful is launching it exclusively with Love Goodly. It’s also free of toxic ingredients, preservatives, and it’s organic and helps promote healthy eyelash growth. Pretty much a winner all around. I like it just as much as my other mascara. It stays put all day without smudging but washes off easily without a ton of scrubbing. It also didn’t make my eyes itch at all, which regular mascara tends to do.
You & Oil- Acai, Fig, and Marula Anitoxidants Complex
If you’ve read any of my past reviews, you know I am a huge fan of using oils on my face. I’ve tried out a ton of different products and no matter what, my skin tends to love being hydrated this way. This antioxidant complex from You & Oil is like the next level of awesome. It goes on lightly and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. It also helps repair damaged skin and even helps with sun exposure protection. I like using it in the morning after I wash my face and I’ve noticed a little glow when I use it. The April/May box is the launch of this facial oil, so make sure you get some while it’s hot!
Ayr Skin Care- Mini Calm Facial Bar
Speaking of keeping my face clean, I am really loving the Ayr Skin Care Mini Calm Facial Bar. I’ve been trying to use less harsh chemicals and fewer unknown ingredients when it comes to my skin, so this facial bar was a welcome step to my routine. I know what every single ingredient is and it includes some of my favorites like avocado butter and castor oil for skin conditioning, pure sea clay and activated charcoal to draw out toxins, and ginger, lemongrass, rosemary, and chamomile to reduce fine lines. After I clean my face with this bar and top it with the You & Oil Antioxidants Complex, my face is ready for the day!
If you want to give Love Goodly a try, you can choose between their Essential Bi-Monthly Box and their VIP Bi-Monthly Box. The Essential Box is $29.95 and always includes at least $80 worth of products to try. With the VIP Box, you get all the samples plus a full-size product. This box costs $47.95 and always includes at least $115 worth of products. Another reason to get a Love Goodly box? Each box supports a charity partner and this month it’s PETA. So, while you indulge in organic non-toxic beauty products, you can also help the animals! Sounds like a pretty good deal to me!
