I made this tahini dressing to top some baked falafel sliders, but you don’t have to follow my lead. Use it to top any salad you like. Or drizzle it on roasted veggies. Or use it as a dip for baked tofu.
This dressing is seriously addictive, but you know what I love almost as much as pouring this on all of the food? It takes about 5 minutes to make. In the blender. BOOM. One batch makes about 3/4 of a cup, but you can double, triple, or even quadruple this recipe easily.
Magical Tahini Dressing
yield: about 3/4 of a cup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
- 1/2″ piece fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce of your choice
Method
- Combine all of your ingredients in a blender or food processor, and you’re good to go.
