Very Berry Green Smoothie – Mixed berries, sweet banana, and a little bit of gingery heat. This is a great smoothie to wake you up in the morning or to help you feel better if you’re under the weather.
This recipe is a sneak peek from the upcoming second edition of 40 Days of Green Smoothies. It’s a revamped recipe from Week 6, and it’s one of my favorites in the book. The Very Berry Green Smoothie stars lettuce as the green. You can use any lettuce you choose in this recipe or substitute spinach, if you like. It’s very versatile!
I created a video recipe for the Very Berry Green Smoothie, and you can get a written version of the recipe below that. Drink Your Greens, y’all!
